Home

It is good to finally be back home. We had an incredible time in Iowa and were sad to see it come to an end. I needed the break in such a big way. It was great to connect with friends & family that I only get to see once a year.
We drove through the night Thursday and got home Friday morning around 9 am. I slept from 10am-5pm. I got up long enough to eat dinner and watch the fox and the hound with Mason, and then I hit the bed again.
I woke up this morning and went to church for band practice for our Christmas Experiences. It is going to be great! Our band blows me away every time we are together!
This afternoon I began to put up our outdoor Christmas lights. Then tonight we had a Christmas Party with the entire worship volunteers team.
Many thanks to Kathleen & Brian Hasson for opening up their lovely home to us! We had a great time of food and fellowship. Mason didn’t want to go home and loved the basement full of toys.
I also want to say a big Thank You to Brian Hasson for helping with the trailers the last few weeks. He is trying to take the burden off of me which I completely appreciate. I usually do two trailers every Saturday night, meaning I come over to the church, hook up a trailer, and take it to the school for Sunday. I don’t mind it, actually I kind of like it but it takes a lot off me to not have to worry about them on Saturdays anymore thanks to Brian. Thanks pal!! I appreciate you!!
I am excited to get back in the swing of things tomorrow morning at Fellowship. I have missed leading Fellowship Church in worship the last two weeks. It seems like forever. Thanks also to Donny Phillips for the incredible job he did filling in. He is a great worshiper! Well, I better get to bed. Sunday morning starts early for me. I am looking forward to seeing what God does tomorrow in our new series. You won’t want to miss it…REVOLUTION!!
